On-Site Registration
If needed, on-site registration can be proceed on the official registration website. In this case a pdf file with instruction and QR-Code, which directly leads the participant to the registration form, is displayed at the event-site. The file is sent to the organizer prior the event.
Procedure
Using the QR code (provided by TIME2WIN), participants can access the registration process on the day of the event, even if registration is already closed.
The data entry process is the same as in the standard registration procedure. In addition, participants can choose their own heat from the remaining available slots, after which the corresponding race number will be allocated. Only the payment must be made on site (e.g. cash, QR payment, card terminal) and is no longer handled by TIME2WIN. When payment is completed, participantsā kit (timing chips, starter bag, etc.) can then be handed out.
