TIME2WIN uses Stripe as its global payment platform to securely process participant entry fees in countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and other supported markets.

By connecting your Stripe account with TIME2WIN, participants can pay their entry fees using the payment methods available in your country, while the funds are transferred directly to your own Stripe account.

This setup allows TIME2WIN to provide a unified registration and payment platform while ensuring that each event organizer receives their payments directly.

To receive participant entry fees directly into your own Stripe account, your organization needs to connect its Stripe account with TIME2WIN.

The setup only takes a few minutes.

Step 1 – Create a Stripe Account

If you do not already have a Stripe account, please create one on the Stripe website.

During the registration process, Stripe will ask for information about your organization, business details, and the bank account where you would like to receive your payouts.

Once your Stripe account has been verified and activated, you are ready for the next step.

Step 2 – Request Your TIME2WIN Connection Link

After your Stripe account is ready, simply contact the TIME2WIN team and request your personal Stripe OAuth connection link.

This secure link allows you to authorize TIME2WIN to process participant payments on your behalf.

Step 3 – Connect Your Stripe Account

Open the connection link provided by TIME2WIN.

Log in with your Stripe account (or select your existing account if you are already logged in) and confirm the requested permissions.

Once completed, your Stripe account is securely connected to TIME2WIN.

What Happens After the Connection?

• All participant entry fees are paid directly into your own Stripe account.

• TIME2WIN never receives or holds your participants' entry fees.

• Stripe automatically transfers your funds to your registered bank account according to your Stripe payout schedule.

• Payment processing fees, including Stripe processing fees and currency conversion fees (where applicable), are settled directly between TIME2WIN and Stripe. These fees are not deducted from your Stripe account.

Security

The connection is established using Stripe's secure OAuth authorization process. Your Stripe login credentials are never shared with TIME2WIN.

You can disconnect your Stripe account from TIME2WIN at any time through your Stripe Dashboard.
