Provision of chips and race numbers

The race numbers, timing chips and the necessary fastening materials are delivered directly to the event venue by the timing staff. The distribution staff remove the timing chips for distribution directly from the transport boxes.

The distribution staff, who are organised on site by the organiser, must familiarise themselves with the distribution process in advance so that they can clarify any outstanding questions immediately upon delivery.

Participants will receive their race number, including 4 safety pins, the timing chips and a neoprene Velcro strap for fastening.
