Bib number pick-up with QR Code / Smartphone scan
In the days leading up to the event, participants will receive an information email containing a QR code for bib number collection.
Overview
A info email containing a QR code for bib number collection will be sent to participants in the days leading up to the event.
At the Venue, the on-site staff-member can access the TIME2WIN check-in site, using their personal smartphone (with stable internet connection). They have to scan a QR-Code, which is provided by TIME2WIN prior the event to acces the site.
Bib Pick-Up Procedure
The participant provides the QR code (printed or displayed on a device) from the bib collection email. When the staff scan the QR code, the participant is automatically checked in and their personal bib and starting heat are displayed.
If a participant does not have a QR code, their registration information can be quickly found using the search field (bib number, first name or last name). (Select 'Normal' instead of 'Camera').
