Standard format
The default bib size is A5 landscape (210x148mm) - the most efficient option, since 4 bibs fit on one print sheet. Custom formats are possible.
Bleed and trim
For borderless print, add 3mm bleed on each side. The PDF you send should be 216x154mm and must not contain crop or register marks.
Two PDF variants
Provide two PDFs: one with sample data (bib number, name, etc.) so positions and fonts are clear, and one without data, which is used for the actual mail-merge print run.
Design tips
Bibs are easiest to design in Adobe InDesign. Templates are available from the source documentation. Avoid placing sponsor graphics inside the punch-hole area.
