Bib number pick-up with QR Code / Smartphone scan
In the days leading up to the event, participants will receive an information email containing a QR code for bib number collection. On-site staff can access the check-in area via a QR code visible to event administrators.
Overview
A info email containing a QR code for bib number collection will be sent to participants in the days leading up to the event.
The on-site issuance staff can access the check-in area with their smartphone using a QR code visible to the event admins in the check-in area (they do not need to be activated as admins). There, the bib numbers can be scanned.
If a participant does not have a QR code with them, the registration info can be quickly found using a search field (bib number or first name or last name). (Select "Normal" instead of "Camera")
Enter the Event ID of your event to get the direct link and QR code to the admin area: (You can find the Event ID in every URL of your event, such as the registration page or in the backend)
