Payment

Payment is processed using a static MMQR code, which redirects the participant to an external payment platform. After registration, the payment and all uploaded documents are manually reviewed by the local organizer within 48 hours. If the review is successful, the participant's registration status is changed from "Pending" to "Active".

Online payment (MMQR) is pre-selected

Admin Payment methods:

TIME2WIN is enforced by law that we must be able to provide an invoice for any payment realized throught our platform. This could only be done if a billing information is provided. Participant does not need to fill anything in fact it is prefilled with registration data.

Static QR-Code is a payment method that gives a lot of manual processing to the local organiser.

We highly recommend to use the MMQR - dynamic QR system which would allow to automatically verification of payments. TIME2WIN system is ready to adopt mechanisms to dynamic QR.
